How it works

1. Sign up and verify your email

   Your account only opens once the email address is confirmed.

2. Set up once

   Company details and GSTIN; how you sell on Amazon (fulfilment modes, STEP level); your COGS sheet with each SKU's Amazon fee category; your rate card, pre-filled from Amazon's published fee schedule for your categories; and, for Self Ship, your courier rates. Every upload comes with a template.

3. Upload your Amazon reports

   Settlement report, dispatch log, campaign report and fee invoices — the files you already download from Seller Central.

4. Unlock the months you want

   Each month with data shows how many orders and overcharges it has. Unlock it for ₹299 + GST — or use one of 12 credits from a ₹2,500 + GST pack — to see everything for that month.

5. Read the results

   Reconciliation flags each order where Amazon deducted more or less than it should have, with claim text and the claim deadline. Performance shows true profit per order, model and period.

What’s checked independently — and what isn’t

• Referral and closing fees are computed from your fee category, price and fulfilment mode, using your own rate card, and compared with the settlement.
• Weight-handling and FBA fulfilment fees are taken as Amazon charges them. EcomPaisa doesn’t re-weigh parcels or re-measure dimensions.
• Your inputs matter: a SKU in the wrong fee category is checked against the wrong rate. Use the category Seller Central shows for it.
