Terms of Service
Last updated: [date]. These terms are between you and [Operator legal name], [registered address].
1. The service
EcomPaisa computes the Amazon fees each of your orders should have incurred, compares them with what Amazon deducted, prepares claim text, and computes your profit — from files you upload. It is an analysis tool: it does not file claims with Amazon for you, and it is not accounting, tax or legal advice.
2. Accounts
- You must verify your email before using the service, and keep your password secret.
- One account covers one Amazon seller account and one login. [Lawyer: sharing of logins.]
- You must be authorised to act for the business you register.
3. Pricing and payment
- You pay per month of data: ₹299 + GST unlocks one month’s results, or ₹2,500 + GST buys 12 credits usable on any months within 12 months of purchase. Unused credits expire after 12 months.
- Sign-up, setup and uploads are free; there is no free trial of results. An unlocked month stays unlocked. Nothing renews or charges automatically.
- No refunds once a month is unlocked or a pack is bought.
- A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
- Your data isn’t deleted unless you ask, whether or not you unlock further months.
4. Your data and your inputs
- You keep all rights in the data you upload, and you confirm you’re entitled to upload it, including any buyer details in Amazon reports.
- Results depend on your inputs. Costs, Amazon fee categories, rate cards and courier rates are yours to keep accurate and dated; EcomPaisa never estimates a missing value, and shows it as missing instead.
- Your rate card is pre-filled from Amazon’s published fee schedule as we understand it. Amazon may change or apply its fees differently; check figures that matter against Seller Central.
- Amazon’s claim windows are Amazon’s rules. Deadlines shown in EcomPaisa are a guide; filing in time is your responsibility.
How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to access other accounts’ data, disrupt the service, or upload files you have no right to use.
6. Availability and changes
[Availability, maintenance and change-notice terms.]
7. Liability
[Lawyer to draft: disclaimer that results are computed from your inputs and Amazon’s published schedules, no guarantee that Amazon will accept any claim, and a limitation of liability.]
8. Termination
[Termination by either party; export or deletion of data on request after termination.]
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [city] have jurisdiction. [Lawyer to confirm.]
